Education Chair and CyberCamp Director

Vincent DiRienzo is a graduate from the University of Hawaiʻi at Mānoa with his M.S. In Computer Science with a focus in cybersecurity. Vincents hobbies include CTFs, programming challenges, D&D and MMA. His passion is to bring cyber education to Hawaii from K-12, college and the professional level. He currently works for Island Holdings as their Information Security Manager.

Evan Law


Evan Law is a graduate from the University of Hawaiʻi at Mānoa with his M.S. In Computer Science. He currently works in the private sector as a contractor for various companies.

Lawrence Agcaoili

Lawrence Agcaoili is a Senior Information Technology Manager with the State of Hawaii Department of Land and Natural Resources (DLNR). He supervise the purchasing, implementation and maintenance of information technology resources for department. He design, configure and install hardware, software and telecommunications systems and equipment. He also evaluate emerging technologies and systems to enhance technology services or replace failing resources.
He is also responsible to setup and maintain security protocols and disaster recovery systems to mitigate breaches to the integrity of data resources within organizations. He communicate standards to staff and train employees regarding safe practices for the use of data and systems. He responds to requests for enhanced technology resources for the department, prioritize needs, and manage projects to modify systems and train staff to use software and other technology resources.
As the technology manager he recruit, train and supervise programmers, systems analysts, project managers, and other IT staff. He devise and monitor departmental budgets and create strategic plans.

Allan Wu

Allan Wu is a graduate from Leeward Community College with an Associates Degree in Computer Science. He is focusing his ongoing studies in the areas of Cyber Security and Network Hardware. His hobbies involve keeping up with new emerging technologies and social trends. And has a passion for educating computer users about social engineering and awareness of malicious software on their devices. His future plans are to continue Cyber Security studies at UH West Oahu. Certification: Security+ ce.

Paul Agamata

Neighbor Islands – Hawaii Island

Paul Agamata is a Senior Information Technology Executive with over 30 years of diverse experience in the wholesale/retail distribution, education, consulting, and manufacturing industries. He has proven abilities delivering technological cost savings, launching and spearheading innovative technological solutions and championing development, design, and implementation efforts to improve productivity and business operations. He has led technological implementation migrations and managed projects involving VMWare, networking, ERP and datacenter management. He is known for thriving on challenging opportunities to improve performance and stimulate revenue gains by directing teams and leading with vision and purpose. He is currently the Vice President of Xceptions Inter-Network Services in Hilo.

Tracy Fu

Neighbor Islands – Kauai

Tracy Fu serves as a National Account Executive for the SANS Institute, helping global organizations build and execute strategic information security programs. Tracy joined SANS in 2009, managing the Quality Assurance Program and Customer Sales and Support Teams in Hawaii, Colorado, and Virginia. She was instrumental in ensuring exceptional, quality course and instructor development as well as improving customer service.  Tracy holds the SANS GISF and GSLC certifications.
