Richardson School of Law and an MBA and B.S. in Electrical Engineering from the University of Denver. Admitted to practice in Hawaii and the U.S. District Court for the District of Hawaii, she provides comprehensive guidance on legal compliance, cybersecurity, and technology. As a Certified Information Privacy Professional, Sam actively participates in legal research and events on information security. She is affiliated with the Hawaii State Bar Association, CyberHawaii, and IEEE.
